The Summer of Rocky Horror New Mexico
The summer of 2013 is going to sizzle with Rocky Horror New Mexico. We have lined up a series of special shows and events this summer to tickle ever ones fancy. All of this kicks off with 2, read 'em TWO shows in June!!!
- June 22nd @ ACE Albuquerque Comic Expo! Not only we will be putting on a show for those in attendance, this year we will be hosting our own booth! Stop by booth 526 to pick up buttons, t-shirts, and posters, of your favorite Rocky Horror cast! Check out the ACE events page for more details.
- June 29th @ The Aux Dog, Home of the HotDogs, we will be celebrating ABQ Pride Weekend with our first Gender Bender show! Guys playing girls, girls playing guys! This is a show not to be missed!
- July 27th, it's the RHNM beach party! The summer sun sits high in the sky, but when the moon comes out the bikinis go on! We encourage all of the unconventional conventionist, THAT's YOU, to wear YOUR beach bunny and beach bro best, as we sweat it out on stage for you!
- August 24th, it's Back2School 2013 dance! The only way to start the new school year is in Rocky Horror style. Last year the cast flashed back to their favorite school years, danced to the music of their youth, and no one was a wall flower! So bring your date to Back2School, get your photo take to remember this night FOREVER!
- September 28th...... Last September we held our first Guest Performer night! Several of Arizona's best graced our stage and tore the house down. We are sending out the invites to all those past and current performers around the globe to come on down to Albuquerque and get a taste of New Mexico's green chile as we time warp again! Of course... most people have been doing Rocky Horror before it was cool......
